Our mission is to establish a vibrant community of architecturally innovative, environmentally sound, strata-titled condos with extensive common facilities that encourage neighbourly interaction while respecting individual autonomy and privacy—an environment that will enrich our lives now and well into our later years, supporting each other to remain independent as we grow in creative community. We have applied for the necessary re-zoning for a single, low-rise (maximum 6 stories) apartment-style building with 32 fully independent strata-titled units. As of May 2017, we have 13 equity members and 2 associate member households. Regularly scheduled workshops and information meetings are available for anyone interested in our project; check our website for more information. Margaret Critchlow’s weekend workshop Is Cohousing for You? is a requirement for equity membership in the project.
