The one-bedroom unit on the third floor is available for a six-month rental and comes fully furnished and equipped for working from home with high-speed internet, working desks and chairs. The unit has a terrace, ample morning, and afternoon light, ensuite tub/shower and contemporary kitchen. No pets, no smoking please.

Our cohousing community is located at 2319 Brethour Avenue, Sidney and is in walkable/bikeable distance of the many amenities Sidney has to offer, including a library, restaurants, shops, playgrounds and parks, and ocean attractions. There is good public transit to the picturesque city of Victoria.

Our building has 35 single-level one-, two- and three-bedroom units on four floors, a large common space on the first floor for cooking and dining together, a south-facing garden and gathering area and a rooftop deck for outdoor play, socials, conversations, and container gardening.
