With a private west-facing balcony overlooking Wagg Creek Park, this three-bedroom unit is on the third floor. The unit includes a kitchen with space for a 3×4′ island, dining and living room, master bedroom with ensuite, two additional bedrooms close to another bathroom, and in-suite storage.
Driftwood Village Cohousing will be starting construction in North Vancouver in early 2019, and we are currently recruiting new associate members to fill our last two units.

Our community will be a 27-unit, 5-storey building that backs onto a park in a walkable, bikeable urban neighbourhood. Our common spaces will include a common kitchen and dining room, children’s play areas (indoor and outdoor), guest suite, multi-purpose room, laundry, workshop and rooftop garden.
We are creating our own car-share program to reduce car ownership. The building is designed to Passive House standards, which ensures very high energy efficiency, building comfort, and air quality.
