Camas Cohousing
We are a cohousing group based in East Vancouver (British Columbia) looking to create a community that encompasses livable space, social connection and respect for the environment.
We are in the forming stage and looking for members. We welcome both “burning souls” to form a core group and “interested observers” who want to be kept in the loop of our progress.
Our intention is to build a community that balances shared space and amenities with individual ownership of units and privacy.
Our Vision:
Location: East Vancouver on 2-3 standard lots close to transit, trees, and amenities.
Mix of Dwellings: Combination of townhouses and apartments (studios to 3 bedrooms).
Diversity: Mix of young families, couples, and singles across all ages.
Sustainability: Reduce carbon footprint by designing an eco-friendly building.
