Blueberry Commons Farm Cooperative

Blueberry Commons Farm Cooperative is now building our first phase of 7 units of housing! We are currently recruiting for our final three homes. .We expect our homes to be “move-in” ready by June or July of 2025. We are located in Powell River (Tla’amin Territory) on BC’s Sunshine Coast. We have 16 acres of gorgeous land backing onto parks and the 180 km Sunshine Coast Trail. In addition to mature forest, meadow, fruit trees and outbuildings, we have a certified organic farm that grows a tremendous variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs for members and for the wider community. This is an opportunity to be part of a unique project that combines a strong connection to land and nature, food security and community living. We are structured as an equity cooperative and use sociocracy as our governance model. We are building compact, energy-efficient duplex and single family homes.
